This delicious recipe for a tropical matcha smoothie will take your tastebuds to a tropical island until the rest of your body can catch up. 4 grams Matcha Wednesday matcha powder
1 Zucchini (chopped and frozen)
165 grams Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
90 grams Baby Spinach
40 grams Hemp Seeds
480 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and enjoy.
Notes:
If you prefer your tropical matcha smoothie sweeter, add honey or pitted dates.
If you need more protein, add vanilla protein powder.
