orange matcha smoothie, 1 serving, 5 minutes

This zesty recipe for a vitamin C packed orange matcha smoothie was provided courtesy of the legend Joshua Armitage from Two Six Wellness.

  • 2 grams Matcha Wednesday matcha powder

  • 240 ml Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton) - or can use any other preferred milk type.

  • 1 Navel Orange (peeled)

  • 113 grams Frozen Banana

  • 24 grams Vanilla Protein Powder

  1. Blend all ingredients.

  2. Pour into a glass

  3. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Can add spinach and/or kale to your orange matcha smoothie mixture before blending for an extra nutrition hit.
