Combine coconut yoghurt and Matcha Wednesday matcha powder. The trick here is to add matcha powder in teaspoon sized amounts tasting throughout to ensure you tailor it to your tastes (some prefer a stronger matcha flavour, others a more milder taste). You'll need to mix well to ensure no lumps! Using a smoothie blender or stick blender would be ideal.
Sweeten with a tablespoon of maple syrup or runny honey.
