iced matcha latte

The classic alternative to a hot matcha latte, the iced matcha latte is just as easy to make (if not even easier). These often see us through business meetings and give us the extra cha-cha to own the day.

  1. Combine 1 teaspoon of Matcha Wednesday matcha powder with a small amount of hot water. Whisk together to ensure no clumps.

  2. Set aside to cool.

  3. In a separate glass, add ice.

  4. Pour milk of choice over the ice. Our favourite is coconut milk.

  5. Pour cooled matcha liquid over the iced milk mixture.

  6. Add maple syrup or manuka honey to sweeten the taste.

  7. Optional: Add an eco reusable straw for drinking if you're feeling extra bougee.

  8. Enjoy your iced matcha latte!
