This delicious recipe for a coconut matcha smoothie was provided courtesy of the legend Joshua Armitage from Two Six Wellness.
4 grams of Matcha Wednesday matcha powder
162 ml Canned Coconut Milk (full fat, refrigerated overnight)
360 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Bananas
60 grams Baby Spinach
20 grams Hemp Seeds
Place all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Divide between glasses.
Top with any leftover coconut cream and enjoy your coconut matcha smoothie!
Notes:
No coconut milk? Replace coconut milk with more almond milk.
Need more protein and fiber? Add ground flaxseed.
