coconut matcha smoothie - 2 servings, 5 minutes

This delicious recipe for a coconut matcha smoothie was provided courtesy of the legend Joshua Armitage from Two Six Wellness.

  • 4 grams of Matcha Wednesday matcha powder

  • 162 ml Canned Coconut Milk (full fat, refrigerated overnight)

  • 360 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 Bananas

  • 60 grams Baby Spinach

  • 20 grams Hemp Seeds

  1. Place all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Divide between glasses.

  4. Top with any leftover coconut cream and enjoy your coconut matcha smoothie!

Notes:

  • No coconut milk? Replace coconut milk with more almond milk.

  • Need more protein and fiber? Add ground flaxseed.
