This delicious coconut matcha latte recipe was provided courtesy of the legend Joshua Armitage from Two Six Wellness.
2 grams of Matcha Wednesday matcha powder
237 ml Hot water (hot)
121 ml Canned Coconut Milk
16 grams Coconut Butter
21 grams Raw Honey (optional)
In your blender, combine the hot water, coconut milk, matcha, coconut butter, and raw honey (if using).
Blend until creamy and frothy.
Pour into a mug and enjoy your coconut matcha latte!
Notes:
Coconut butter is made from the ground meat of a coconut, it is sweeter and creamier than coconut oil. It's sold at most grocery stores and health food stores. Alternatively, you can use coconut oil instead.
To make this recipe vegan, use maple syrup instead of honey.
Can also add a scoop of collagen or gelatin protein.
